Giuncola is part of the Maremma Park Industries Consortium, and fully ‘married’ the philosophy of the short chain at km 0: here you eat Tuscany, in particulat the Maremma Toscana of the Uccellina Park, as the raw products that are used are produced in the Maremman territory. The quality of the products and of the kitchen permitted to Giuncola to win the prestigious recognition of the Italian Kitchen Academy. The rich wine paper is exclusively dedicated to the Maremma Park territory. Wide spaces, the care of the details and a sense of respect, are some of our favorite ‘condiments’.
